Gerlachs   Returns Policy

Gerlachs  values our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. If you have any issues with any product purchased at Gerlachs , you are welcome to return to our online store. For more information, please see below:

Defective

  • For issues with defective items, please contact Gerlachs  customer service at   YOUR@EMAIL.COM within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Gerlachs   has the right to request that all returns are subject to inspection at own site. If a return is requested, using the Gerlachs  provided return slip, the customer must then ship defective item back to Gerlachs  site for inspection. If item is found to be defective, Gerlachs  will credit the customer’s account the full order amount (product cost plus freight) and return freight. If product is found to be in good shape, customer will be subject to Buyer’s Remorse return policy. For exchange item, please place new order through Gerlachs  

Buyer’s Remorse

  • For returns related to buyer’s remorse, please contact Gerlachs  customer service at orders@Gerlachs   within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Customer must then ship item back to Gerlachs  for full refund of product sale price less 15% restocking fee. For exchange item, please place new order through Gerlachs. Credit will not be issued until inventory is received at Gerlachs  site.

Inaccurate Shipment

  • For returns related to inaccurate shipments, please contact Gerlachs  customer service at orders@Gerlachs  within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Gerlachs  has the right to request that all returns are subject to inspection, either via pictures or inspection at own site. If a return is requested, using the Gerlachs  provided return slip, customer must ship item back to site. Gerlachs will credit the customer’s account the full refund of total order amount (product cost plus freight) and return freight once inventory is received at Gerlachs  site. For exchange item, please place new order through Gerlachs .
